We’ve tested R9 quite a bit as well and in our opinion it just does not compare. Not in range, not in quality and definitely not in ease of use. The R9 ecosystem is incredibly fragmented and frustrating to use. Maybe it’ll improve in the future, but for now, Crossfire is what we strongly recommend.

A plain Nano Rx paired with a MiniMortal T antenna. This combo is not offered by anyone and TBS has not allowed such a combo for sale (yet). We have a VERY limited run of these pairings by mistake… We hope TBS will create a similar bundle in the future but for now, this is just a single plain Nano Rx with the antenna. No wires, no heatshrink, not even the typical TBS packaging. You save about $5 with this combo...

It's crossfire, you don't have to hold the bind button while you plug in. What else do you want?
Because of FrSkys B.S. I have finally switched my entire fleet over to crossfire. Excellent quality, range, and value. This receiver is very tiny. Perfect for the tighter builds(Just try and keep it as far away from your video as possible) If you can get a hold of a Tango 2, EVERYONE can finally ow n this system. Smaller and more power than any other system on the market. It’s the industry standard.
I mean if you dont know how good it is by now then you need to get on board. Its the most reliable link in the world.
