Caddx Ant Lite 4:3 FPV Camera - FPVCycle Edition

Thought I’d take a chance and bought three right off the bat. I'm glad I did! I often need to fly in the late afternoon into the evening. It has 0.001LUX illumination, so it should be described as a “starlight” camera. At sundown, this is brighter than the Baby Ratel which is 4.6gm vs 1.68gm. Perfect fit into the Beebrain V2 camera mount. What else can I say...a lot more, but I’ve said enough...

Wow! Being into FPV for only 4 yrs, I’ve been amazed at how fast FPV tech has grown. At this time this is the best bang for your buck Nano camera on the market, hands down.The picture quality of this version of the Ant, being 4:3 and the unbelievable low price is very impressive. I’ve purchased several and so far I’ve yet to get a bad one. Thanks to Kabobfpv for the years of ragging Caddx on their quality control has finally paid off in my experience so far. Go ahead and pick up a few. Who knows how long they will be at this price.👍👍

I have tried about 4 of the best options out there, for lightweight toothpick builds. This is by far the best option. It’s 4:3, light weight, has a very clear picture, and does not blow out when looking into the sun, like others on the market. It is a little tricky to mount it in the NBD mount, and still have a little protection. What I did was push it in until just before it sticks out, and then use hot glue on the front of the mount between the cam protection and the camera. I just filled a little between each gap, and held the camera until it dried. Not a lot of protection, but some, and completely jello free. I DEFINITELY recommend this camera!

I bought two of these great little cams, the colors and contrast outclass the nano 3 while weighing half a gram more. i would give a rating of 5 but one of mine died randomly while flying could be QC issue but too early to say.

I’ve read a lot of reviews with folks talking about mounting the camera with hot glue, rubber bands, etc…but, for me, I heat the NBD canopy a little, widen the back side a little, insert camera. Then I take a small sharp awl or whatever and pierce a small hole where the mounting screws go on each side then I use the tiny factory screws and it works great for me. Never have my camera ever come loose unless I want to take it out and it comes out perfectly with no nasty glue all over it and definitely no Jello. Just an idea that works for me. Holla!

Hard to beat for the price, good enough to run on a 5” but not the best

Good upgrade over the runcam nano 3.

Love this camera, have it on my BabyTooth (with Zeez 1S board). I have built it first with RunCam Nano 3 with new (worse) lens, but when the FPV Cycle camera became available I have swapped it out.

The lens is much better, very good picture. It fits the New Bee Drone Canopy nicely, plug and play.

First camera I received didn't work no hoops to go thru just a email and my camera was at my door great service camera great for toothpick 1s build it's ok for the price good picture really like mine 👍
